Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position with benefits.
Schedule: 25 hours a week with flexible hours.
Work Location: Remote/Virtual
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers and vendors.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining files and records with organization’s tools and software.
- Research and Documentation of Customer Content Losses.
- Communicate with internal and external customers and executives, professionally representing the corporation and organization.
- Assists in scheduling and planning for tradeshows and training events.
- Assist with processing vendor purchase orders, invoices, and expense reimbursements.
- Other duties assigned as assigned.
